O3 Collaboration is available to researchers, scholars, educators and students at Ontario universities, colleges and other research and education institutions connected to ORION.

O3's growing number of participants and experts hail from more than 80 institutions. In addition, there are more than 60 private communities affiliated with these institutions using O3.
