ORION's O3 Collaboration provides Ontario's research and education community with a platform for collaboration and the exchange of information, research and scholarship. Its goal is to expand and advance a deeper understanding of the capacities and impacts of emerging and established fields of knowledge within the province.

To this aim, O3 Collaboration has established dedicated space for a series of broad knowledge domains, beginning with one dedicated to Digital Media + Culture, curated by members of the Ontario research and education community.

The ultimate objective of O3 Knowledge Domains is to bring together and relate knowledge in broadly defined domains and facilitate breadth and depth in knowledge repositories that will enable interdisciplinary collaboration.

O3 is actively encouraging and facilitating those aggregating information and scholarship in these domains to "curate" repositories of related knowledge and research that can be tagged and indexed to enable cross-disciplinary search.
